Job Summary

Traverse Mountain Master Association is seeking a dependable Maintenance Landscaping & Sprinkler Technician to support the upkeep of the Traverse Mountain community. This position is primarily focused on sprinkler and irrigation system maintenance, along with a wide range of general landscaping and property maintenance duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive community.

Primary Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems

Adjust controllers, valves, heads, timers, and wiring

Monitor water coverage, leaks, and system efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

General landscape maintenance including trimming, weed whacking, blowing, and cleanup

Tree maintenance and trimming

Snow removal (seasonal)

Sod replacement and minor landscaping repairs

Painting and light property maintenance

Debris cleanup throughout the community

Basic vehicle and equipment maintenance

Perform other maintenance duties as needed within the community

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Experience with sprinkler/irrigation systems (required)

Landscaping or general maintenance experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $20-24 DOE

Stable weekday schedule
