Wester Container is a premium manufacturer of paper tubes and paper cores and is looking to fill the integral position of the first shift Maintenance Lead.

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, leading maintenance staff, supporting emergency repairs, coordinating parts and inventory, and ensuring all safety standards are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Machine installation, repair, and diagnostics.
• Ordering parts and maintaining inventory.
• Industrial maintenance.
• Facilities or equipment maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Three years of related maintenance experience and/or training (preferred)
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring others (non-supervisory leadership is acceptable)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to inspect, test, and diagnose machinery
