Maintenance Lead - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 80k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client is a well-established architectural millwork and cabinet company with a strong customer base with a focus on custom millwork in lobbies, restaurants, casinos, ballrooms, etc. They are seeking a Maintenance Lead to ensure seamless operation of the facilities and production equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day maintenance of CNC routers, edge banders, beam saws, slider saws, compressors, dust collectors, and stone wet saws
  
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical issues (both high and low voltage)
  
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  
• Set up and carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance on all production equipment
  
• Respond to repair requests across production and building facilities
  
• Inspect shop and property regularly for safety issues or equipment problems
  
• Maintain logs of repairs and part replacements
  
• Work with vendors to source replacement parts and coordinate outside repairs as needed
  
• Perform general building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, etc.)
  
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a production or industrial setting
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  
• Comfortable troubleshooting CNC equipment and other woodworking machines
  
• Able to read schematics and operate test meters
  
• Familiar with lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA safety standards
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warm, dusty shop environment

Compensation:
