We are seeking an experienced and detail - oriented Maintenance Lead who is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and physical integrity of the property while providing a safe, well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and performing maintenance tasks efficiently, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Maintenance Lead Duties:

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policy.

Maintain knowledge of and comply with all safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, ADA, Fair Housing, and Lead-Based Paint requirements.

Collaborate with property management to prioritize and address urgent maintenance requests.

Manage the work order system, tracking and documenting all maintenance activities ensuring accurate and timely recording of completed tasks and parts used.

Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts, ensuring stock levels are adequate, when necessary order parts and supplies ensuring timely availability for maintenance tasks.

Inspect and coordinate necessary repairs for market-ready apartments, ensuring deadlines for unit turnovers are met.

Maintain clear communication with the Property Manager and other team members regarding ongoing maintenance needs and priorities.
