This Maintenance Manager position oversees equipment reliability and team performance in a manufacturing environment. • Anticipate $150,000 - $175,000 base salary

Responsibilities

• Conduct equipment criticality assessments and audits of CMMS usage and spare parts inventory
• Champion TPM/DTM initiatives, track metrics like OEE/MTBF/MTTR, and conduct root cause analyses for breakdowns
• Restructure preventive maintenance schedules and implement TPM/DTM pilots
• Develop training plans, manage budgets, and ensure 24/7 emergency response
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive downtime reductions and capital improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred; certifications in CMMS or TPM a plus
• 10-15+ years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing
• Supervisory experience with large teams (30+) in assembly, molding, or tool room environments
• Proficiency in root cause tools, predictive maintenance, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and independent decision-making skills
