Maintenance Manager
A well-established trader and processor is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations at an oilseed crush facility, which processes soybeans and canola for the renewable diesel and sustainable fuel markets. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production through proactive maintenance, equipment installation, and team leadership. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be a visible leader on the plant floor, driving performance and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage maintenance operations and personnel across the facility
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance systems and emergency repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure OSHA, EPA, and EHS compliance
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and capital projects
- Implement lean manufacturing practices including 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis
- Support food safety and quality systems
- Develop and track maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
A successful candidate for this Maintenance Manager role will possess the following:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a processing facility
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience with a focus on team development
- Experience with boiler systems, high-pressure equipment, and CMMS software
- Proven troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation: ~120+ DOE with bonus potential
