Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Elkhart, IN

A growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a small maintenance team and support a fast-paced, multi-shift operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot CNC and manufacturing equipment
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Manage outside maintenance vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work alongside the team and lead by example

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Organized and dependable
• Hands-on, working-manager mentality
• Servant-leader approach
• Comfortable working with both older and newer manufacturing equipment
• Must be a U.S. citizen
