In This Role, You Will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team

• Reduce downtime by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans

• Own the facility’s maintenance budget and drive cost-saving strategies

• Manage third-party contractors and ensure safety compliance

• Partner with production and plant leadership to ensure operational continuity

• Conduct monthly walk-throughs and follow up on facility repairs

• Support and help lead TPM and CapEx initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Familiarity with TPM/OEE frameworks

• Strong planning, communication, and leadership capabilities

• Experience with foundry equipment (green sand, induction melting) preferred

• Budget ownership and contractor/vendor management experience
