In This Role, You Will:
Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team
Reduce downtime by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans
Own the facility’s maintenance budget and drive cost-saving strategies
Manage third-party contractors and ensure safety compliance
Partner with production and plant leadership to ensure operational continuity
Conduct monthly walk-throughs and follow up on facility repairs
Support and help lead TPM and CapEx initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with TPM/OEE frameworks
Strong planning, communication, and leadership capabilities
Experience with foundry equipment (green sand, induction melting) preferred
Budget ownership and contractor/vendor management experience
