• Strong electrical and mechanical background (PLC, drives, automation, hydraulics, high voltage systems)
• 5 years experience leading maintenance teams
• Experience in melt shop is a big plus
• Proven ability to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership skills — able to hold teams accountable and develop talent
