Job Summary - Maintenance Mechanic: We are seeking candidates with experience repairing plastic injection and blow mold machinery.  As a Maintenance Mechanic your primary role will be centered around keeping machinery, facilities, and equipment in operation in an effort to prevent downtime.

Shift- \- Maintenance Mechanic: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30am

Responsibility Summary \- Maintenance Mechanic:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and calibrate machinery and equipment. 
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities and help to enhance preventative maintenance program 
• Troubleshoot machine issues or finished product defects.
• Be able to clean, polish molds and core rods.
• Perform quality check to ensure products were manufactured to specifications.

Qualification Summary \- Maintenance Mechanic:

• 5+ years of experience in the repair and upkeep of pneumatic, hydraulic, manual and/or CNC controlled machinery
• Experience in plastics (blow mold or injection mold) related field
• High mechanical aptitude 
• Ability to troubleshoot and process issues that arise
• Computer literate
• Lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds
