Key Responsibilities:

• Work Order completion
• Preventative Maintenance
• Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution
• Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.

Requirements:

• Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Experience: Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting. HVAC. Carpentry experience a plus.
• Certification : MD Driver's license
