Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Salary info:

$30 - $32 / hr
