Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic (2/3 Shift) Location: Monroe, NJ Experience: 3 years

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Role Overview: Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and injection molding equipment

Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems

Install, set up, and tune new molding machines and related systems

Use hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical repairs

Follow technical drawings, manuals, and safety procedures

Identify and correct potential safety hazards

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and conserve maintenance resources

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an industrial or maintenance mechanic

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed
