We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our multifamily communities. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to get things done, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Complete daily work orders and service requests

Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, appliances)

Handle unit turns and make-readies

Conduct routine maintenance and property inspections

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained

What We’re Looking For

Experience in maintenance, construction, or handyman work

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Reliable and consistent work ethic

Valid driver’s license

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
