Responsibilities: • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Qualifications: • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Over 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
