Responsibilities: • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention • Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • At least 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
