Responsibilities: • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Qualifications: • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
