    Maintenance Planner - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 90k/year - Burlington, WA

    • Our client is making a huge difference in the world by reducing carbon emissions and improving access to clean energy with every product they make! They manufacture a premium brand of high-efficiency solar panels for installers, distributors, and businesses across North America!
    • The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and optimizing maintenance activities across multiple sites within the organization. The Maintenance Planner is also responsible for implementing preventative maintenance plans, ensuring efficient communication between maintenance and operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support New Projects by implementing new equipment PMs and introduce into CMMS.
    • Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
    • Standardized and prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals across all sites.
    • Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations.
    • Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with production schedule.
    • Minimize the number of interruptions once work begins.
    • Support Sites with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory.
    • Leading global updates to CMMS.
    • Provide Constant training to all sites on CMMS.
    • Keeper of all Maintenance Records across all sites.
    • Utilizing CMMS data, generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each site on Maintenance KPIs.
    • Generate Dashboards highlighting equipment Maintenance status (i.e. MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion, etc.).

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of practical related planning experience in a face paced manufacturing environment
    • Computer skills in MS Office platform and knowledge of various CMMS software
    • Ability to travel throughout Canada and USA 20% of the time

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 90k/year
