Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Hours: Saturday - Monday 5am-5pm (OT on Wednesdays as needed)

Position may require some travel on very short notice. Position may also require supporting off-shift production at the Customer Locations and possibly working extended hours.
Qualifications
Education:
-Maintenance Technicians with MT1–MT4 training or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Team lead, Backup Team lead) are eligible to apply.
Experience:
-3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or technical support (preferred).
-Experience with mechanical assembly equipment (MAE) is a plus.
-Basic experience in using maintenance planning tools or systems (e.g., SAP PM OPRA) preferred.
-Basic experience in using Controls tools or systems (e.g., Step 7, TIA Portal, Simotion) preferred.
Essential Skills:
-Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Able to read and follow technical instructions and maintenance plans.
-Basic computer skills for entering data and creating orders.
-Clear and respectful communication with team members and other departments.
-Reliable, organized, and able to work independently within given instructions.
-Willing to learn and follow safety and maintenance procedures.
