We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all foundry equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
• Lead a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a culture of reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
• Work closely with the production team to understand and address any maintenance-related challenges affecting production schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial operations.
• Proven experience with heavy production equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
