We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance / Repair Technician to assist the Operations Manager with daily maintenance and repair tasks. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is directed daily. While work hours remain consistent, daily tasks may change, and the technician must be flexible and able to assist with urgent or priority matters as needed.

Responsibilities

General maintenance and repair tasks, including duties not specifically listed

Water remediation after leaks

Drywall and insulation repair/replacement

Moisture and thermal readings

Exterior landing and stair repairs and possible re-builds

Composite decking repairs

Fortress handrail installations

Small concrete/asphalt patches

Interior/exterior painting

Light landscaping (trimming bushes and small trees)

Backfilling dirt around patios and sidewalks

Light remodeling projects

Light electrical (fixtures, switches, outlets)

Light plumbing (minor leaks, fixture/trap replacement)

Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance, construction, or property repair

Comfortable with light electrical and plumbing (non-licensed)

Proficient with hand and power tools

Able to follow direction and adapt to changing priorities

Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
