Maintenance Supervisor - Adhesives Manufacturer - Base Salary up to 100k - Philadelphia, PA

Our client, a leading manufacturer of adhesives, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of their manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist the maintenance crew in all operational aspects of the facility, promoting an environment focused on safety, collaboration, and ongoing development.
  
• Manage the setup, diagnostics, and repair of facility machinery to guarantee minimal interruptions and peak efficiency.
  
• Create, execute, and oversee scheduled preventive maintenance plans to boost equipment dependability and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
  
• Distribute and prioritize service requests via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely fulfillment.
  
• Assist in the upkeep and repairs of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical machinery utilizing standard tools and measuring instruments.
  
• Engage in practical maintenance activities, including construction, repair, and upkeep of machinery and systems as required.
  
• Track and analyze maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs), pinpointing opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational protocols, fostering a safe working atmosphere for all personnel.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Trade School degree preferred.
• Completion of an electrical training program with a vocational/technical degree required.
  
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within the paper industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motor starters, relays, PLCs, and PID control.
  
• Skilled in installing, programming, and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints, schematics, and drawings.
  
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and maintenance management software.
  
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits:

$80k - $100k + 5-10% bonus plus a strong benefits package.
