Job Summary Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure the operability, safety, and availability of equipment and facilities in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise tasks of technical staff on assigned shifts.
Provide on-site support for technical interventions as needed.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures in equipment and facilities.
Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and enforce the use of PPE.
Manage and follow up on weekend and special maintenance schedules.
Offer flexible support hours for critical breakdowns or emergencies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of recurring failures and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain inventory control of critical spare parts and request stock from the warehouse as necessary.
Collaborate with the Engineering team on continuous improvement projects and new installations.
Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability).
Supervise and coordinate activities performed by external contractors and service providers.
Evaluate and monitor the technical and behavioral performance of maintenance team members.
Prepare reports including failure analyses and work order follow-ups.
Perform any tasks assigned by management.
Experience
Education: Technician or Engineer in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years as a senior technician or 1–2 years as a supervisor in industrial environments.
Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance.
Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
Use of maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP).
Industrial safety standards (LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, etc.).
Desirable: training in TPM, RCM, Lean or 5S methodologies.
Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.).
Education: Technician or Engineer in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years as a senior technician, or
1–2 years as a supervisor in an industrial maintenance environment.
Knowledge:
Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Electrical and mechanical drawing interpretation
Maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP)
Industrial safety practices (LOTO, confined spaces, working at heights)
Preferred: Training in TPM, RCM, Lean, or 5S methodologies
Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
Skills:
Strong technical leadership and personnel management

Certifications: Welding certification, multicraft, or millwright preferred
