    FiveCircle is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of overseeing property upkeep, repairs, and special projects while maintaining strong communication with staff, vendors, and upper management. FiveCircle Property Management offers a comprehensive benefits package including: • 401(k) with employer match • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance across three sites. • Meet daily with the team to review work lists, project priorities, and follow-up items. • Perform regular inspections of all common areas, back-of-house spaces, and building exteriors. • Maintain a comprehensive daily log of all maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections. • Oversee and complete in-unit work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. • Maintain and update unit and vendor files to ensure proper documentation and compliance. • Inspect and maintain areas to remain compliant with health and safety codes. • Keep maintenance supply areas clean and organized, while tracking inventory and ordering materials as needed. • Maintain an annual preventive maintenance calendar and ensure proactive building care. • Collaborate with contractors to complete projects and assist with property inspections. • Complete invoicing and reviews across three sites. • Communicate clearly with upper management and provide task updates through the management system. • Fulfill any additional duties assigned by upper management. Qualifications: • Proven experience in property/building maintenance and team supervision. • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. • Effective communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities. • Familiarity with safety codes, preventive maintenance planning, and work order systems. • Able to work with technology and handle electronic scheduling and invoicing systems. Compensation: $25 - $30 Hourly
