About the Role:

Join Metropolitan Management Group LLC as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.

Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost effectiveness

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Collaborate with property management to develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in property management.

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and carpentry.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.

Positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
