Maintenance Supervisor needed to help build and lead the 3rd Shift team in a new manufacturing facility launching in the Indy area. New high tech and highly automated production environment. Clean & FDA regulated. This role will lead skilled Maintenance Techs in execution of PM and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment. Opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving technical problems with the team.

REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience supervising, managing, or leading maintenance teams
• Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support a wide range of production equipment
• Excellent communication skills

DESIRED:

• Food, beverage, or CPG industry experience (and exposure to working under related quality requirements and regulations)

• Experience supporting electrical, controls, and automation technology (ideally Allen-Bradley related).
