    Maintenance Supervisor – Production & Facilities Operations

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee daily production and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, workforce performance, equipment reliability, and production quality while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

    The ideal Maintenance Supervisor is hands-on, results-driven, and capable of optimizing workflows, managing personnel, and minimizing operational costs while delivering high-quality production outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of manufacturing systems, and the ability to manage both people and processes under demanding conditions.

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday

    • Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

    • Hours: Up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

    • Location: Chesterfield, VA

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise production and maintenance teams by communicating job expectations, planning work assignments, monitoring performance, and enforcing company policies and procedures

    • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop employees to build a high-performing and safety-focused workforce

    • Manage daily production workflows by monitoring operational processes, controlling production variables, and ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment

    • Oversee shift scheduling, staffing levels, and task assignments to meet production targets and deadlines

    • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs

    • Maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures

    • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs

    • Develop, revise, and implement systems, reporting procedures, and documentation to improve operational consistency

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular inspections

    • Resolve personnel and operational issues by investigating root causes, recommending solutions, and implementing corrective actions

    • Foster collaboration and communication between departments to ensure smooth production flow

    • Stay current on best practices, industry standards, and technical advancements through training and professional development

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a manufacturing, production, or industrial leadership role

    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tools, and maintenance systems

    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

    • Ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced, high-output production environment

    • High School Diploma required

    • Technical, Engineering, or related degree preferred
