Maintenance Supervisor – Driving Reliability and Team Performance A high-performing Maintenance team is essential to our operation. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a strong safety culture while guiding your team to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations. Available Shift (with Premium Pay!) • Saturday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM → +$6/hr premium Responsibilities: Your day-to-day will include: • Leading and supporting a skilled maintenance team through daily operations • Overseeing machine maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and facility upkeep • Supporting installation of new equipment, construction projects, and food safety work orders • Planning, monitoring, and supervising work activities in your assigned area • Driving efficiency and performance using sound maintenance principles and best practices • Rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems • Coaching operators and line mechanics on safe and effective equipment operation • Assisting with fabrication, preventative maintenance, and routine equipment checks • Training and mentoring maintenance team members and supporting associate development • Promoting a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S practices • Ensuring accurate documentation, part usage tracking, and daily schedules • Making sure repairs fix the root cause , not just the symptom • Communicating clearly across all maintenance shifts • Covering the floor as needed to maintain peak production efficiency and food safety excellence Qualifications: What Makes You a Great Fit You’re a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving problems.
