Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech 3 with expertise in Plastic Injection Molding to join our KB Components team at our facility in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Injection Molding Machines and all supportive equipment (dryers grinders, conveyors, etc.), possess strong Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, be proficient in Blueprint Reading, and have a solid background in Injection Molding.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Injection Molding Machines, including Milacron, Van Dorne, HPM, Mitsubishi, Nissei, and Engel brands.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints to identify components and make repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with production team to address any maintenance-related issues and minimize disruptions to production.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Injection Molding Machines is required.
• Demonstrated Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Blueprint Reading is a must.
• Experience with Milacron, Van Dorne, HPM, Mitsubishi, Nissei, and Engel machine brands is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Robotics experience preferred.
• Electrical experience in low and high voltage.

*Pay based on experience.
