Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• Repair or replace defective parts such as motors, belts, bearings, valves, and sensors
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to minimize downtime
• Install and set up new machinery and production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including PLCs, motors, and control circuits
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Follow safety procedures and comply with OSHA and company safety standards
• Assist with continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
• Work with production teams to quickly resolve breakdowns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting (advanced knowledge preferred)
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
