Schedule

Full time. Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call/after‑hours rotation for emergencies as needed. Overtime available.

What you’ll do

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (must be HVAC certified), plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems.

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC units, including routine service, filter changes, refrigerant checks, and safety inspections.

Respond to work orders promptly and professionally; prioritize tasks to maintain resident satisfaction and safety.

Conduct property inspections and complete accurate maintenance logs and reports.

Assist with unit turnovers: cleaning coordination, minor repairs, and preparing units for new residents.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment; follow safety and regulatory guidelines.

Support team projects and special property initiatives as needed.

Who we’re looking for

HVAC certification required; additional HVAC experience strongly preferred.

Proven maintenance experience in residential or multifamily properties is a plus.

Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service mindset when interacting with residents and vendors.

Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

What we offer

Pay range $24.00–$25.00/hour (depending on experience). Overtime as available.
