We are seeking a dependable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and appearance of the hotel through preventative maintenance, repairs, and prompt response to guest and operational needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering a positive guest experience. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. • Complete preventative maintenance inspections and assigned work orders in a timely manner. • Maintain hotel grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and swimming pool facilities as needed. • Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards. • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and inventory of tools and supplies. • Assist with emergency repairs and participate in on-call coverage as needed. • Support special projects, renovations, and property improvement initiatives. Qualifications: • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends Compensation: $17- $19 hourly
