Applicant must be skilled in repair, maintenance and installation of belt conveyors, screw conveyors, elevators, pumps, compressors, fans, feeders, water, air and gas lines and valves. Blueprint experience is helpful. Safe working habits are a MUST. Pay is $36.65 with an increase after successful probationary period.

General Requirements of a Industrial Mechanic/Repairman:

1\. Minimum of 2 years working in an industrial environment (preferably cement)

2\. Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems

3\. Experienced with aligning rotating equipment using a laser devise or dial indicators

4\. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

5\. Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools when needed

6\. Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision

7\. Safety first work ethic

8\. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

9\. Related technical or college training (preferred)

NOTE: This is an extremely physical job, requiring strenuous work and the ability to maneuver throughout the plant quickly when required (this requirement cannot be sacrificed).
