-Key Responsibilities-
Inspections & Guest-Ready Prep
Conduct final on-site inspections after cleaning using a digital checklist app
Ensure properties are spotless and welcoming.
Display welcome notes and set up GSM info packets.
Perform light touch-ups (dusting, lint rolling, small resets).
Anticipate guest needs and stock supplies (wine, consumables, paper goods).
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform basic maintenance: tightening knobs, replacing bulbs, small repairs.
Oversee hot tub checks and snow removal (as needed).
Handle troubleshooting during guest stays.
Install and pair smart locks (RemoteLock system), hang blinds/TVs, etc.
Assist in item upgrades and replacements.
Inventory & Ordering
Conduct weekly/monthly supply and maintenance inventory.
Order disposable goods and replacement items as needed.
Track receipts and mileage for reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
21 years or older
Reliable personal transportation + valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed) Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be available for shifts typically between 9am – 5pm
Some weekend availability is required High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred
Strong references required

Basic proficiency in Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack
Clear, friendly verbal and written communication
Experience with property management software a plus
Tech-savvy and capable of learning new platforms
Basic troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical and plumbing
Cosmetic fixes, painting and drywall, windows and light landscaping
