Our Mission

You will operate within our High-Standard Residential Niche, managing 1,000+ doors across Grand Rapids.

The Professional Turn: You will execute "make-ready" projects that turn vacant units into "Gold Standard" homes. This is about precision, not just a "landlord special" coat of paint.

Advanced Diagnostics: You’ll handle plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry using the best tools in the industry.

The Tech Stack: You’ll use Property Meld and AppFolio to track your work—no more paper trails or "lost" instructions.

The Fleet: You’ll pilot one of our new 4-van fleet units, fully equipped and dedicated to your success.
