    Shift: 2nd shift 2:30pm - 10:30pm **

    Summary: Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems in the industrial establishment by meeting the performance of criteria listed below.

    Objective of the Position : Support production by keeping robots and automated machinery at levels they were originally designed to perform. Troubleshoot, adjust and teach robots software and/or path programming to meet operational needs and increase productivity while reducing cycle time.

    • Must be able to install and maintain mechanical and electrical work on automated and manual equipment including Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, Low Voltage Electrical systems and High voltage Electrical Wiring
    • Creates and develops programs and troubleshoot for preferably Siemens PLC systems or other Industrial PLC systems as well as HMI and Industrial PC Interfaces.
    • Understand and apply all aspects of Manual and Automated Welding including MIG and TIG.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ** __**

    • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment, and document maintenance activities.
    • Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machines.
    • Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
    • Clean and lubricate shaft, bearing, gear, and other parts of the machinery.
    • Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
    • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
    • Clean, adjust, and calibrate welding equipment.
    • Responsible for maintaining 5S in department and periodically participating with audit process.
    • Assist in tool, fixture, and material flow and continuous improvements for those areas.
    • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting problems of all equipment.
    • Supports and promotes ENA core values, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and Quality Policy.

    Competencies ****

    • Knowledgeable on PLC and electrical diagrams.
    • Understand MIG welding process and demonstrate skill.
    • Able to troubleshoot MIG welding equipment.
    • Ability to read blueprints

    Education and/or Experience ****

    • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
    • Two years’ related experience and/or training in a maintenance role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Computer Skills ****

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
