Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team!

• Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
• Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

• General maintenance and repairs
• Responding to maintenance requests
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Assisting with property upkeep and inspections
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and guests

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
