Positions available in Ijamsville, MD, Rockville, MD, and Tysons Corner, VA Responsibilities: • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and HVAC work. • Install and repair fixtures such as doors, windows, shelves, lighting, and appliances. • Conduct property inspections upon request to identify and address maintenance needs. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. • Collaborate with property managers, boards, and contractors to coordinate repairs and improvements. • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. • Document and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Provide recommendations for preventative maintenance and property improvements if noted. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and building systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor as required. • Valid driver’s license. Compensation: $50,000 - $57,000 yearly
