    We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our expanding manufacturing team and help maintain the state-of-the-art systems that power these next-generation applications.

    What You'll Do:

    As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our proprietary production systems running smoothly. You will:

    Safely troubleshoot and repair advanced materials processing equipment in a R&D-to-Production environment, adhering to all ACF safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE.

    Diagnose issues using electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals, and apply hands-on problem-solving to keep operations efficient and reliable.

    Execute and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs tailored to unique, high-temperature and high-precision systems.

    Monitor operational integrity of custom-built fiber conversion and processing equipment, identifying wear, fatigue, or technical irregularities.

    Collaborate with engineers and operators to ensure uptime, accuracy, and safety across production lines.

    Support equipment upgrades and the integration of automation and control systems.

    Document maintenance tasks and contribute to a continuous improvement environment through Lean, 5S, and TQM practices.

    What You Bring - Skills & Experience:

    Strong experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair.

    Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing control circuits, three-phase motors, and 480V systems.

    Experience working with variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and PLCs is a plus.

    Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

    Familiarity with precision environments like aerospace, defense, or advanced materials manufacturing is highly desirable.

    Education & Requirements:

    High School Diploma or GED required.

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial or advanced manufacturing maintenance; technical certification or degree a plus.

    Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or Continuous Improvement principles preferred.

    Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, CMMS systems).
