    Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)

    Job Summary

    • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
    • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime
    • Support production operations through equipment setup, maintenance, and technical assistance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
    • Complete general facility maintenance and repairs
    • Set up and operate machine tools as needed
    • Troubleshoot production equipment and implement corrective actions
    • Perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
    • Use measuring and testing equipment to verify machine performance
    • Maintain maintenance records and communicate repair status to management
    • Support production personnel with technical troubleshooting and equipment operation
    • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • Previous maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial repair experience preferred
    • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
    • Ability to read and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
    • Valid California driver's license required

    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
    • Ability to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment
    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

    Additional Requirements

    • Must wear required PPE including safety glasses and steel-toe footwear
    • Strong attendance and reliability required
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
