Our privately owned Orange County Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

**All Service Technicians must live on site and will receive complimentary housing

Performs all required general apartment and facilities maintenance

Troubleshoot, repair and perform general plumbing

Responsible for the upkeep of the property's landscape, grounds, amenities etc., as well as ensuring the apartments are ready for move in's

Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required

Job Requirements:

Electrical and carpentry skills

Knowledge of appliance repair and replacement

Customer Service

Detail-oriented

OSHA training preferred

HVAC knowledge preferred

EPA Section 608 certification preferred

This individual must be available to live on-site at one of our 19 communities within the Orange County area; housing is provided and housing discounts are available for selected floor plans.
