Commercial Property Maintenance Technician Full-Time

WAGE $20-$30 Hourly

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections (fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.)

Repair lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, walls, ceiling tiles, and general building systems

Handle minor carpentry, painting, caulking, drywall, and light construction/demo work

Interior/exterior janitorial (trash removal, glass cleaning, restocking supplies)

Basic landscaping (trimming, planting removal, seasonal clean-up)

Respond to tenant requests and after-hours emergencies as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of commercial maintenance, construction, or facilities experience

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record suitable for company vehicle

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors in all weather

Strong general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting

Self-starter who can prioritize, troubleshoot, and work with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional on-call emergency response

Must pass background check and drug screen
