About the Role:

Chagrin Valley Racquet Club in Chagrin Falls, OH is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility in top-notch condition. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring our members enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained club environment every day.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on club facilities, equipment, and systems

Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building infrastructure

Inspect courts, locker rooms, and common areas to identify and address maintenance needs

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of mechanical rooms and storage areas

Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair techniques

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various conditions

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
