CNC Maintenance Technician

Overview
Seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines and facility equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, CNC or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals

• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
