Looking for a full time Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in San Antonio. You would be responsible for make work orders. Excellent customer service required. Successful candidates will work to always ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool maintenance, appliance repair, water heaters and a variety of maintenance tasks.

Must pass a drug screen and background check & have a valid drivers license.

Required:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience
• Pool maintenance experience a plus
• 3 years of maintenance experience required
• Must have experience and knowledge of water heaters

Pay: Starting at $20/hour or dependent on experience
