We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician with strong carpentry and foreman experience to help keep our facilities safe, functional, and looking great. This hands-on role involves a wide range of building maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on carpentry, minor repairs, and general upkeep. Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, gutter work, and minor plumbing and electrical work • Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner • Inspect windows, doors, walls, and floors for damage and carry out necessary repairs • Build, install, or repair wood structures such as cabinets, framing, partitions, and doors • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems to reduce downtime and safety risks • Load and unload tools and materials as needed for maintenance projects • Record maintenance work performed and track service intervals • Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting as needed • Follow health and safety regulations and ensure work areas are kept clean and secure • Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and coworkers to address service needs • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience, with demonstrated carpentry skills • Familiarity with maintenance tools, procedures, and safety guidelines • Experience with drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical systems • Able to read blueprints or technical diagrams is a plus • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Must have own hand tools • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor • Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
