Responsibilities: • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
