We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – Grove at Deane Hill (272 units) - located in Knoxville, TN. Hourly rate shall range from $22.00 - $23.00 based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
