Job Description:

We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support upkeep and repairs at our residential treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience and be comfortable working independently or alongside our full time lead maintenance employee on larger projects with 24 hours a week and possibility to eventually increase the hours.

Responsibilities Include:

General repairs: drywall, painting, minor plumbing, basic electrical, patchwork

Groundskeeping and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, lawn care)

Equipment maintenance and safety checks

Assisting with larger facility projects as assigned

Working across both Davis Archway locations

Qualifications:

3–5 years of professional maintenance experience

Ability to work independently and follow supervisor direction

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Dependability and punctuality

A respectful attitude toward clients and coworkers

Willingness to work as part of a team in a treatment-focused environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
