Work at the beach! Del Mar Hospitality is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our coastal hospitality properties in Kure Beach, NC. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a growing, locally owned company. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple hospitality properties • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems • Respond to service requests promptly and professionally • Conduct inspections to ensure properties remain safe, clean, and guest-ready • Support seasonal maintenance needs (pressure washing, grounds upkeep, etc.) • Maintain maintenance logs and inventory • Partner with leadership to improve systems and property performance Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of maintenance experience (hospitality or multi-property preferred) • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Self-starter who can work independently • Reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors as needed Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
